As career paths become less conventional and work life takes on multiple meanings, the pressure to find your ~thing~ can be overwhelming. The traditional model of school→ uni→ industry-you-stay-in-for-the-next-30-years-of-your life just doesn’t make sense anymore and it can be tough to figure out exactly where you’re going, and how to manage your own trajectory. We’re not just trying to impress our parents or bosses – we have self-actualisation to achieve over here!

Media and marketing-guru Mia Besorio has traveled to the other side of the internet and back again. She’s jumped, hurdled, pivoted and drag-and-dropped her way through multiple vocations to create a fulfilling career path that is distinctly her own. Join Mia to hear she has forged her path through taking risks, networking and teaching herself the skills she didn’t have. A must for any triangles trying to squeeze through circles.

What you can expect:

Learn how Mia zig-zagged her way through different industries - where she was, where she’s at, and where she’s going
Practical strategies for time management, decision making, setting boundaries, and self-care
Conversations about monetising creativity and navigating corporate agendas
An open discussion surrounding non-linear career pathways with other likeminded women & more!
